This product is made from 100% long-fiber cotton pulp and is formed using an inclined-wire or long-wire paper machine. It features high strength, excellent heat resistance, and good resilience and cushioning properties.

II. Main Applications 

(1) White Pure Cotton Pulp Paper: Basis weight 170 g/m², density 0.56 g/cm³; primarily used for manufacturing white cotton pulp paper rolls.  

(2) White Pure Cotton Pulp Paperboard: Basis weight 400 g/m², density 0.40–0.45 g/cm³; suitable for high-tech fields such as electronics and aerospace. 

(3) White Pure Cotton Paperboard: Basis weight 800 g/m², density 0.55–0.60 g/cm³; suitable for high-tech fields such as electronics and aerospace.

IV. Other Applications of Cotton Pulp Paper

Cotton-pulp paper is naturally acid-free, durable, and resistant to aging. It does not yellow or become brittle during long-term storage and can be preserved for up to a century. Its fold resistance, tear resistance, and burst strength far exceed those of papers made from mixed pulp or pure wood pulp. Furthermore, the loose, hollow internal fiber structure of cotton-pulp paper provides excellent breathability and moisture-regulating properties.
