Activated carbon air purification filter paper is a new type of air purification filter paper based material independently developed by Yixing Fulongtai Industrial Development Co., Ltd; It is produced on a specialized paper machine for activated carbon paper, using custom-activated carbon powder with high adsorption performance, clean pulp, and various eco-friendly auxiliaries. It is an environmentally friendly base paper for air purification filter paper.

Quantification: 175 ± 5 g/m²

Thickness: 0.38 ± 0.02 mm

Moisture content: 5-8%

Activated carbon air purification filter paper, a honeycomb shaped flat or circular product processed with environmentally friendly adhesives, is an air purification filter material and filter consumable that can be used by end users;

Activated carbon air purification filter paper, with the addition of specially designed environmentally friendly surface treatment additives in the later stages of processing, achieves perfect anti dust and air purification filtration functions.  

Activated carbon air purification filters have significant effects in removing harmful gases such as acetaldehyde, acetic acid, ammonia, toluene, formaldehyde, etc. from the air, and their ability to remove odors and unpleasant odors is also outstanding. After testing by a third-party professional organization, its deodorization efficiency can reach over 95%. Activated carbon air purification filters can be widely used in application scenarios and places with air purification needs, such as air purifiers, indoor air conditioners, automotive air conditioners, refrigerators, etc. Currently, they have been supplied to Korean companies such as LG and have a large number of application cases in the domestic Chinese market.

Testing method and results of activated carbon air purification filter screen

1. Experimental equipment: 8m3 experimental box

2. Detection method: Inject a quantitative amount of 5 gases (acetaldehyde, acetic acid, ammonia, toluene, formaldehyde) into an 8m3 experimental chamber, start the air purifier for 30 minutes after injection, and then analyze the gas composition in the experimental chamber using FT-IR.                                                                                         

3. Experimental results: Deodorization efficiency 99.9%
